This book, written by two nutritionists and a sports coach, explores how exercise and nutrition can complement each other. The first half of the book focuses on theory, covering the relationship between exercise and nutrition, as well as basic diet principles while the second half focuses on practice, and includes mainly sports recipes. The authors also address some commonly asked questions on nutrition which helps to clarify specious concepts that you may have heard about nutrition and exercise.
What is worth mentioning is that the book is beautifully illustrated so it arouses readers’ interest in making the highlighted dishes themselves.
